A workhorse that lives up to its appearance!

A well detailed locomotive, Heavy body and a good runner. Your need to remember not to attempt to run it round first degree curves, also ensure your track is level, as the front bogie will derail. It can easily pull a rake of twenty wagons. The footplate is detailed with a fall-plate, tender has a used coal load. Sprung loaded buffers, brake pipes and rodding. A lot of fine detail, just be careful when handling so you do not break any of it. Overall, an impressive version of Stanier's heavy freight locomotive.Read full review...
