Happy with small reservation
The item is good quality. It looks very good when fitted.
There is no hole in it for the electrical mains to enter the mirror, you have to drill one with an hss drillbit, which wasn't a problem for me. This was a good design decision by the manufacturer, because different bathrooms will have the incoming cable originating in different places.
The only reservation i have is the leds don't give off fantastic light. It's adequate for me being a bloke, and my wife was happy too, but it's possible some would prefer a brighter mirror light. On saying that, i used it today for a shave and it was easily good enough..
The infrared switch is good, i hope it doesn't consume too much current on standby. If it uses 3Watts, that's would cost roughly 24KW hours a year, that's probably about £5 of electricity a year.

Great lights. Great mirror
This mirror is great. Its a really good size (large) and the lights are bight enough to see yourself properly without being too bight that they blind you. I did buy another cheaper mirror from another supplier but the lights were too dim to be of use so had to return it. This one means you can use the bathroom without turning the main light on so no fan! I emailed this supplier to check the brightness of the lights before ordering it and got a quick and helpful response. Totally recommend it.Read full review...
