The post is of good quality and went into the ground easily with a hammer (where I live that's not unusual to use a hammer) The seed feeder is cheap and nasty but can be replaced by a better one. Didn't bother with the trays - too many gales here in Shetland!! Have taken the precaution of tying the feeders to the hangers with a big knot to stop them blowing off! Great product

This is a sturdy bird feeder, it's had rooks, crows & jackdaws on it as well as tiny birds. I have ordered a stabiliser to use with it because I thought it might not be stable with the bigger birds on it but as long as the bottom section is put a good few inches into the ground it really is sturdy. Good quality feeders with it, the suet cake holder is a big hit with the smaller birds, its like Heathrow airport with all the arrivals & departures. I highly recommend this product, I'm confined to bed most of the time, it's outside my bedroom window & is very entertaining & relaxing. 1 thing I would say is make sure it's not near anything that cats could stand on or jump from.Read full review...
