Higher end version of a traditional favorite

Cafe Bustelo has been a favorite among some segments of the population (Cuban-Americans, academics and others) since long before the gourmet coffee craze. I remember the distinctive cans on brick and board bookcases at the University of Washington in the late 1960's. This 100% Arabica version improves an already good flavor. The difference is enough to taste, and some, indeed, prefer the original formulation. Bustelo is holding together as a quality brand even through migration from family to corporate ownership.
