Button doesn't work properly

First , the item is different from picture , I expected to get it exactly like in this picture, because read good feedbacks on this on on Amazon.
Second, the button stopped work properly after 7 days of using. When it worked it was fine.
Third, I still can use but with lots of efforts and tricks consuming time.
