Good Value and well-made part that does the job perfectly.
I ordered this part for my 1997 Rover 420 a few days ago. It arrived promptly, and was well-packaged. I have just fitted it and it works just fine.
Before ordering this, I did find another place (not via eBay) that just sold the resistors rather than the whole unit as sold here. They also had advice on how to solder those resistors in place. Fortunately, they didn't answer some of my pre-purchase enquiries, so I skipped that and ordered the complete unit here. My advice, to anyone considering buying resistors separately, is not to bother. This unit is cheaper and much easier to fit.

Fixing heaters on a rover 45 ...W(2000)
Drop the two bolts out under the glovebox .... unscrew 2 screws ... unplug the old one .... reverse above and fit new one and if your heaters only worked on 3 and 4 ....1.2.3.4. Now👍
