The cartridge wires are a very tight fit, as are the sockets for the tonearm, so great care must be taken when fitting. The OD of the fitting is rather small making the push of the sockets a precarious business with them being tight. Works but be cautious
Used this generic headshell along with my Denon piece to easily switch between cartridges. This generic headshell, although looking well made is much more difficult inserting into the tonearm plug whereas the Denon headshell inserts easily. SO...there must be a very slight dimension error in it construction. With some "fiddling" and opening up the 4 conductor sockets (with a straight pin) it will insert into the arm BUT you have to be careful. Once inserted, the cartridge works well. Good replacement
I bought this as a replacement headshell for a Sansui P-D20 turntable. It's not an exact match as the original but it's very close. It was a little snug fitting it into the tone arm but it worked very well.
