Digital Thermometer

Extremely good value and easy to use product. Digital reading is clear and precise and the item can be stored away in its own hard plastic cover pouch. A good medical item ready for use in any home...

Review from a nurse

First of all, I need to qualify that I am a nurse so I know what I am talking about.

This thermometer is terrible. I have followed the instructions and used it on 5 separate occasions (on the tongue, in the ear, armpit etc.) and every reading was 34.5 degrees centigrade.

If your body temperature is below 35 degrees then you have hypothermia and would need urgent medical attention. I got to work and tested myself on NHS equipment and got 36.5. All I can tell you is that you get what you pay for and would avoid this product and put towards purchasing something more professional. I only bought it as a first aid kit for the car but have wasted 2 quid.

Caveat Emptor.

Good, cheap thermometer

Good, cheap digital thermometer. Seems accurate and easy to read. It took 3 months to arrive from China during Coronatime, but the company contacted me a couple of times with soothing words. Nice touch for a £2 product.Read full review...

Works fine at a good price

Works OK. We always leave another minute after the "ready" alarm to make sure the temperature is definitely stable. (read this elsewhere as a recommendation for all this type of device)

Cheap thermometers

This thermometer I brought for my parents but I didn't give it to them as its not reading correctly it's over half a degree out which is a lot in human core temperature terms, didn't want to alarm them anymore than they already are.Read full review...

ok for the price

I am not sure how accurate this thermometer is. I think the most accurate method is oral, but this does not agree with my more expensive Braun thermometer. It is probably good enough to warn you that your temperature is too high.Read full review...

A must have

Great little thermometer, comes in a hards plastic case which is ideal for storing away. It says you can use it in the ear but with such a small tip I wouldn't like to try the ear in case I push it in to far. Works fine just press the button insert and wait for the beep, take out and read the temperature. I would recommend it especially with the virus's around these days better safe than sorry.Read full review...
