it is cheaper to boil with 1.5 kW rather than 3 kW
I bought this product because it was 1500 kW rather than having a 3kw kettle as it is cheaper to boil the kettle. Also I have solar panels this can produce 1 or 2 kW so so on a sunny day it will cost me nothing will my kettle.
There are prettier kettles to buy out there but this is what I was looking for so all round good job it may not be for everybody everybody but it's a quality kettle for the price.Read full review...

It looks very attractive ,well packaged , efficiently posted & delivbered BUT altho I have boiled it 5 times ther is a strong odour of plastic - so much so that I cannot yet make a cup of tea with it - v disappointing and is wasting water and electricity . Great kettle for the price
Got this because I needed a stainless steel kettle to match my toaster after my old kettle kept tripping one of my fuses when I used it. It looks good and boils pretty quickly. Nuff said really.

Great little kettle, looks smart, good value and very quick delivery. Sadly it makes the water taste funny. Looked it up and apparently some kettles react to the water. Recommendations are to pour some water from the tap and place it in the fridge but sadly it still tastes horrible.
