Does the job, but better design would improve operation

Solidly built.
Takes a bit of time to have confidence in operating as there is no lock-on to the grill pan, it's held by friction.
Baffled as to why the handles rotate, reduces stability when carrying the tray.
Works ok when you get used to it, but design could be better.Read full review...
