Perfect barrel to ferment Sauerkraut / Choucroute / Zuurkool / Kapusta.
No problems at all, because the barrel does not let oxygen in, and let CO2 out, by an air-lock.
No worries about molds. On the barrel receipts are printed, to ferment wine, kapusta / and gerkins, in polish. Would be nice if it was in the English Language. (I don't understand polish). 10 out of 10.Read full review...
