Review of the soap bar p-90 pick-up
I like the product alot . it responds very well with my cigar box guitar. "note" it will produce some hum,because it is a single coil pick-up "not" a humbucker. but all you have too do is move yourself around a little bit " until you find the "sweet spot" where all of the "hum" disappears, then you can enjoy the chimmey clean tones, or the growling overdrive,Very satisfied with the pick-up would recommend, It will bring your music new life !!!!!!!!Read full review...

Works for old blues guitar
Was a "ready to go" solution for adding pickup to "old looking" acoustic. Had to rig mounting in soundhole, but works out fine for the "Old Beat-Up Blues Axe" I was putting together for slide guitar.
The pots didn't give as much depth of tone that I sought, but that is accomplished further with the tone EQ on the amp.
