What a brilliant way to use it as a podium/ lectrun. As a person who conducts public speaking services. I needed something to hold my service book allowing my hands to be free.

I wish I could find the OLD DESIGN for a Projector Table - They were excellent !!!
This Projector Stand is NOT strong enough to hold the average SLIDE PROJECTOR - -
No matter how hard you tighten the various knobs, etc it just doesn't take the weight !
I put mine on it, and it CRASHED to the floor - Luckily the projector was not damaged.
It would be OK for a LAPTOP - and that's about it.

This is a tough professional stand for hard no-nonsense use. The top platform can be hinged 'flat' to the stand for transport, but more importantly, the top is easily removable (with a single hand locking screw) enabling easier packing for transit.
