A lucky find.

Having purchased a well-known manual LP record cleaning machine, to preserve the newly-introduced antistatic properties the recommendation was to immediately place the newly-cleaned discs in an antistatic HDPE sleeve. Having checked out the best available sleeve, I decided to give this cheaper version a trial. They certainly looked and felt the part, having an identical round bottom to facilitate sliding in and out of the record jackets. They were also made of HDPE. Now, having used them for four or five days, I fail to see how the Nagaoka originals could function any better; and they feel and perform as I assume the original product would. Good quality but....

What the record sleeves are made of is good quality and compare very well with other brands I have bought. However, where they are let down is that the size is not at exact as they should be. The sleeves are too tall by about 5 cm and you need to trim them down to get a good fit with your existing sleeves. Also they are too wide and you end up with them crinkling when trying to put in your existing sleeves unless you fold over the 'extra' width to get a good fit.Read full review...

You get what you pay for!

I thought I would try these having bought many different types over the years and believing that you certainly don't have to get those really expensive ones; but these don't fit very well. They are a bit too wide and crinkle when they go into the inner sleeves and are much too tall and need trimming to get them to fir.
Obviously 'first world problems" but I wish I had paid £3 more and got the ones that I normally buy.Read full review...

Not great

They do the job but barely - slightly too big to fit inside an outer sleeve and certainly too big to go inside a cardboard inner sleeve as suggested in the description. This means they will crinkle up whenever you put them within the sleeve which is annoying at best and bad for the record at worst. They are cheap and will work in a pinch but definitely worth paying slightly more and getting miles better if you can.Read full review...
