I have ordered this product from several sources in the past. The shipment always includes some broken stones. This time, there was only 1 and that's fewer than normal. I'm happy with 11 good and only 1 bad. To remedy the broken product, it would cost more to ship with added packing material and that cost would naturally be passed on to the customer. This was still a great value for me. I like this style of stone, but they are fragile. They break down over time and if you accidentally knock them against the side of the aquarium, they will fail. Generally they have a pretty long run if you're careful.Read full review
