Tonar Vinyl Record Cleaning Spray 500ml Bottle

Very scant info on this product, but I used the instructions I managed to glean from searching online, and I'm still not sure how well this actually cleans records. It is great at polishing records makes them shine with a lovely lustre, but seems to leave a coating that won't just rinse off and I can't hear any massive improvement in sound quality - could have even added a tad more surface noise after using this.
