B Complex vitamins Good to support my muscle recovery and energy release after a long illness with limited movement. They were recommended by my GP and physio while on GP prescribed steroids as these can deplete B vitamin levels which are water soluble and need a supply each day. Can be obtained through food but if your diet does not have enough or the full range you might need extra.
