It works- at present. It's good quality and value, at present.
The questions I always have to click at the beginning 1) Would I recommend 2)Is it good value 3) good quality- all tend to have caveats for me.
As I write, the product fulfills all of this criteria but we've only had it for a week.
Every one of those questions could change in an instant if the rubber starts splitting when the tray is popped open in a few weeks.
That's why often, I don't agree with this sort of questionairre-as I'm asked to complete it too early.
The laundry basket AT PRESENT does its job.
It's handy to store down the side of the sink cabinet in our bathroom and that's why we thought it would be ideal.

This basket means with arthritis I can manoeuvre my washing, and anything I need to move even the kitties!.

I find the basket difficult to collapse and pop up again properly,wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
I have to use it just as it is with out collapsing it which didn’t give me room in my cupboard for it as it’s very large.
