My EDC pan

EDC (everyday cookware).. This fry pan fits a lot of kitchen & camping issues.
Very compact, but sides are high enough too fit a sizable meal for one.
Bomb proof for out back abuse, but easy to pack.
Lighter than cast iron, and heats/cooks almost as well.
Overall, a very good pan for singles and good value for $$$.
Get one and make bacon it's first use for a good foundation seasoning.

Nice skillet

Seasoned from the factory but you must season with a light coat of cooking oil after each use. Clean with hot water (no soap) and wipe with lint free paper towel or cotton towel. That's it, and you're ready for the next meal. Skillet will become better after each use. Downside is it's just as heavy as cast iron. I'm getting rid of all my Teflon pans.Read full review...
