Great alternative to replacing expensive car pulleys!
If you know a little about what you're doing these bearings are a great way to save some money on otherwise expensive car pulley replacements. The bearings SKF 6203 2RS are the same ones used on most car idler and tensioner belt pulleys and these often go and squeek. a new tensioner would've cost me around 80 quid and my friends car idler pulley went a week later and that would've cost him around 50 quid.. both bearings used are exactly the same as these but with the salt and grit and rain from our winter weather they do tend to go around this time of the year. These bearings are sealed for life and pre lubricated. if you know a little cars its simple enough to drill out the rivets holding the old bearings on your pulleys and then replace the bearings. you can then use rivets again or for a simpler but equally effective solution you just use a nut and bolt. I think these bearings are better quality than the ones included in the OEM pulleys and other off market parts. Definitely saved my buddy and me a small fortune!Read full review...
