Bee or not 2 bee

Quite a good book on bee keeping with some very odd exceptions.
Take gloves , they have pictures of people with no gloves including beginners then still recommend using leather with rubber as a kinda alternative. Not exactly best practice.
Lots of bits trying to be kind to everyone but thus loosing focus on what is best practice in the UK .
Photos especially the incredibly important ones on what you should expect to find in the comb and diseases are not very good to near rubish .
Definitely a book as a companion but often only quick look up sending you to look online for more up to date information .Read full review...

It’s the bees knees. Photography is superb, the content easy to read and understand. It’s recommended by your local bee keepers associations. But it’s a bit pricey at £23.
