it is good for a paleta and with the right tools makes it easy to cut.
For the layman the difference between paleta and the jamon should be explain before hand.

One of the best Christmas hams we’ve had in recent years.
It came well packaged and the ham inside was delicious
Some of the hams we’ve purchased in the past came supplied with knives and racks. I believe this is a bit of a gimmick and we found such hams to be cheaper but dry.

Lots of ham to be had here
This is a lot of ham, I bought it before Christmas and we're still going at it (end of Feb). People either love it or hate it, so a huge chunk like this needs some planning on how fast is it going o be consumed. I have the correct knives but a punta is the only one we use as is affords the necessary control to get a thin slice for amateurs like us. It is a great "statement" to accompany nibbles before a special meal but we cant use it very fast.
