Dying Light -- Be the Zombie Edition (Microsoft Xbox One, 2015)

Good game but has its flaws!

The game is overall good but it seems very heavy on playing as a co-op all the time.

The zombies are very aggressive at times and can be overwhelming to a new player which can be off-putting.r>
This sort of game really hints and indicates towards being played with a team of friends.

The game can be quite hard at times with a mass amount of zombies needing to be killed regardless of number of players in the game session or game difficulty.

I would recommend watching someone else play this game before purchasing it. I would also recommend to play as a 4 player co-op the whole way through for better gameplay experience otherwise you could get stuck on multiple missions which gets frustrating.

One flaw which could be improved in the next Dying Light game is the amount of running which has to happen. There needs to be vehicles in the game otherwise you are spending a lot of time running back and forth across the map going to all the missions which act as save points.

I would recommend the developers to change the stamina of the character which the gamer is controlling. He seems to get tired of running too quickly in a game where there is a lot of running away from zombies which don’t have to worry about stamina themselves. The player can be easily chased by zombies until the player runs out of stamina and can’t fight back.

The weapons in the game can be very lackluster and have little to no durability for the amount of zombies you will be killing. Repairing the weapons is very ineffective and can be costly in regards to resources being spent.

To conclude, my opinion of the game is overall good but needs to be improved greatly in the next sequel to be a successful game. Hope this review helps some people.Read full review

By far the best zombie inflicted game I have ever played, it's like mirrors edge and dead island in one, but much more smoother and elaborate. Love it. Im glued to the xbox once again!
