Works and smells nice!

I bought the mocha and also the dark red and I alternate between the two of them. I have medium to dark brown hair already but I wanted to get rid of the lighter highlights and also put in some red. The recommended leave in time for the colored conditioner is between 5 and 20 minutes and I will say that the longer you leave it in the brighter the color actually is, but even just five to seven minutes definitely leaves in some color. this product seems to be very gentle on my hair, and leaves it feeling very silky and smooth, and deposits color thoroughly and evenly. While this product does not necessarily stain my back or shoulders, I do have a little bit of a red tint left on my hands and then also the next day my scalp is also red but not my forehead or anywhere else. It does fade after the day though but not out of my hair until the next washing. If you are looking for a temporary color that is not super harsh and also very subtle, I definitely recommend this product. As a bonus, it is also cheaper than some of the other leading Brands.
