Once upon a time these tablets were the fastest, most reliable way to prepare drinking water in a camping/survival situation. Nowadays I use Filters, but always carry these tabs as a back-up. Works well for me
I have used these on my boat for some years now and I do not notice any taste in the water, compared with not using them. I do think the water stays fresh longer and I do not have to flush the tanks so often, so worth it for me.
We have flexible tanks and I was warned by the maker to avoid chlorine bleach products but they said that Puriclean (also from 'Clean Tabs') was OK. So since 2008, when the tanks were installed, I have been using that to flush the tanks after the boat has been left for some time. So far no damage to the tanks and we have acceptable fresh water.Read full review...

These Aqua Midi Tabs were previously called Aqua clean tabs. Same strength. Have been using them for many years in our campervan. We use half a tab per 25 litres instead of one tab per 25 litres. The water tastes a little better using half a tablet and stays just as fresh.
