Does what it says on the tin

It has an effect in accordance with the ingredient amounts stated. It's not as strong as Zepherine, which is now discontinued. I'll keep searching.

Very effective

I've been using these for 6 weeks now and I've lost 1 stone 2lbs so far, this with daily exercise and a low calorie diet. But I have noticed by the 4th week the weight starts shifting quicker so don't expect sudden changes but after 6 weeks the weight loss is very noticeable. Read full review...
