Having read a number of scholorly articles on niacin's role in keeping us healthy and even reversing some issues, I decided to find a pure source of this so I could be sure that any benefits came from this and not from another nutrient in a multi vitamin tablet. I'm glad I did because I can fee the improvements I was looking for I found in this type of niacin.
