Does what it is supposed to
Wonder what the holes are used for... nowhere in the instructions does it say. Good product. Because it doesn't fry, food tends to dry depending on exposure and temp. Nice because you can watch the food browning. Takes time though, longer than deep frying. It's not a 5 star because of the lack of complete user directions (use of the holes for instance.)Read full review...
