If you have stress, heartache, grief, worry or sadness that interferes with your peace of mind in your daily life, I seriously recommend this product. I chew on one little yummy jelly whenever I feel that sort of pain. Even before it is totally dissolved, I feel much better with no side affects! I don't use it as sleep aid but just at those moments of personal anxiety. It's worth a try, why suffer! I have told many about this product (even my dentist) and have only received very positive feedback. It is part of my must haves in my medicine cabinet & purse. This item is selling a lot! I think most people are using it for stress but it helps me with sleep! I don't have anxiety about falling asleep now. I've used liquid melatonin previously, but I like these better and there are so many flavors to choose from!
