Digital display quite good if have normal eyesight.
In dark, can press 'low glow' light switch on the top to read clock - or to quickly view other items. Time/Alarm settings/switch slightly confusing at first - but obvious soon after.
Battery cover stiff to open.

No night-time display
Nice little clock but very disappointed that it wasn't back-lit at night, which is what we wanted. I don't want to have to' find' the clock then press button to see the time.That wakes me up. So really it's a waste of money.

If you want a basic lightweight alarm clock , this is it. Alarm feature and a nightlight feature , but when you press the button for this there is a loud click which can be a bit intrusive in the middle of the night to anyone else sleeping in the room.
