Dayton 1200 subwoofer.
Thanks parts express. I purchased a Dayton 1200 subwoofer from parts express, this sub is awesome. For the price and the design and quality of the woofer you definitely can't go wrong. I am blown away by it. I hooked it up to a vintage technics amp just for my turntable and paired it with b&w bookshelf speakers in high level inputs, the sub does the rest. I am so happy with the results. Thanks again to parts express great people very knowledgeable. I never actually heard of Dayton audio products until now. I'm glad I did some research because I can tell you these woofers are outstanding. An Underdog winning the race
I'm a bit of an Audiophile. I have 4 subs in my large room, because it opens to the kitchen there is a lot of volume to fill. One of my subs is an SVS 13 ultra so you know where I'm coming from. The SVS fills the 18-30hz gap. When I was dialing this Sub-1200 in I literally had to keep checking all of my other subs to see if I missed one even though I had unplugged them all, it was tripping me out. This little sub was performing much higher than my expectations. I mean the window even rattled! This sub does nothing under about 32hz. But it shines above that, seriously. 90% of your listening will be above 30hz anyway. You cant make a mistake here at this price. I really like the down firing feature, there is no port noise this way that I can hear.Read full review...

This sub meets all expectations you would expect at this price level. Build quality is great and sound reproduction is fairly accurate. It also handles the low notes quite well playing down to about 23 hz.
