This is the only gel I have ever found that relieves my pain for a while. It calms the inflammation, how long the effect lasts depends on how bed the pain is. It doesn't irritate my skin even when I apply quite often, anything else I've tried causes soreness and doesn't really lessen the pain.

Expensive vapour rub

Like thousands of arthritis sufferers, I'm always on the lookout for a pain reduction treatment. After using a full 125ml tube of Pernation over 1 week, I can safely say the gel did nothing for me.>Ok ,it gives a cooling effect and smells like an vapour rub,but the pain remains the same.
