The rollers on drawers go bad so slowly most people don't even notice. My daughter brought it to my attention. She was right. Pulling a kitchen drawer out was "WORK". Ordered now rollers. Changed five drawers out in about two hours. What a change. Should have done it years ago. The metal is not quite as heavy as it was originally 25-30 years ago but works well.
