Great little machine, just difficult to clean

I have had this product previously. I enjoy the fact one can roast an entire chicken to perfection. The one issue which still exists with this machine is that it MUST BE WATCHED as it does NOT turn off once the timer stops. Additionally, if the chicken is large, the juices will overflow UNDER the pan and harden causing a cleaning NIGHTMARE. It involved three (3) hours of intense cleaning for me to restore it to its previous state.

I am still pleased I purchased this machine but just be aware of the cleaning issues. Should not happen with smaller poultry. Additionally, there is a wonderful cookbook and nutrition guide provided which was not provided with my older product. The cookbook looks amazing in that it contains a multitude of recipes which can be created using this little machine.Read full review
