Saves taking lots of other pills
Tablets seem to be working well though I haven't been using them for long. I would have given them 5 stars but the yellow one is rather large and I have trouble swallowing it though the other gel capsule is easy. I've been using these for about 2 years.
I started taking these when I was having a bit of joint trouble due to my advancing age, the joint trouble has not gone away, but has not gotten any worse. Whilst I cannot confirm they are doing me good, they are certainly not doing me any harm. I feel it's a good thing to pep-up the aging body with a bit of calcium, cod liver oil and a smuttering of vitamins (as long ass you don't over do it), and I take these because I want to.
