The mechanism that holds the paddle blade onto the pan is ,one side has a good grip and the other side is loose. and the actual blade itself is soft and pliable when heated and it is reshaping every time you use it. the quality is lucking originality and I wont see it to last that long.Read full review...

Tefal Actifry paddle
This product has worked fine for 3 years now in my Actifry. However, this is only because I kept the rubber seal from my old paddle. The one supplied with the replacement was badly designed and, when it heated up, caused the paddle to jam solid in the pan. this would have buggered the Actifry's motor if used for long. With the old seal in it, it then worked as it should, so keep your old seal and you'll be OK; if you don't have it, don't buy one of these.Read full review...

The same thing as the original but half the price
After several years of use, my original Tefal paddle broke (appears to be a common problem) and I ordered this replacement, hoping it would fit!
No need to worry, it looks exactly like my original, and fitted perfectly.. It was professionally packaged in a fitted box - you wouldn't have realised it wasn't from Tefal.. I've washed & used it and so far it works fine in my Actifry Series 029-1 small size. I'd definitely use Partscentre for future replacements.. Good, inexpensive -- but beware
A good quality, reasonably priced 'compatible' component (Qualtex BLD003). However the silicone rubber seal that comes with it is too 'fat', making for a very tight fit when the blade is installed in the fryer.
This would result in eventual motor failure. The simple remedy is to fit the original seal from the old broken Tefal blade, and Hey Presto! If you have already binned the failed blade, look elsewhere.

Poor quality
Kept slipping and lifting the lid of the tefal. Made a horrible noise then broke the lid. Only lasted a few weeks. Wish I paid the extra and brought a genuine one first time round. Had to buy a new lid aswell and with the genuine paddle works perfectly again. Poor product Read full review...

Very good replacement for original part. My Actifry was out of warranty when the paddle snapped so I was pleased to find a replacement at such a good price. This works straight out of the box.
It fits just like the old panel and it does the same job as the previous model. There have been no problems with the panel turning at all as I tested it with some sausages yesterday and they were cooked very nicely.
