Cheapest new Dyson V11 you could buy, everything you need for operation in the box.
Seems good quality build, cheapest online price, yes, damaged outer box, yes, but did not affect the product inside which came direct from Dyson with full guarantee, i was able to secure a good discount on this product from the advertised price due to ebay voucher, so as far as i can tell a real Ebay bargain. I cannot comment on reliability at the moment i have only used it twice but really pleased with the 'debris' pickup. I have owned Dyson vacuum cleaners for many years, hand held and cylinder type [ both still in daily use that work really well ], the cylinder dyson is more than 20 years old, i have found it best to follow Dyson instructions on care of the filters as i believe this is the key to longevity of their product.Read full review...

Battery runs out too quick & heavy to use when doing whole house
Returning as battery runs out before you can finish doing the house. Its quite heavy too & hand gets tired from having to keep finger constantly on the "on" button.
Plus points were the bin is bigger & although you can empty bin by pulling down red slider on bin, when emptying the cap at bottom of bin flicks out but is very flimsy....don't think it will last long as likely to break off.
Could cope with it being heavy as could get used to it but having to recharge battery during use is a real nuisance so sending mine back.Read full review...

Steal of the year!
This product is a steal at almost half the price due to damaged packaging. When I got this I couldn't find any signs of damage or use it was brand new. This V11 Outsize is an amazing product which has made cleaning a lot easier and quicker. The only downsides are overhead cleaning can be only so slightly tricky due to the weight and also the fact that the high torque cleaner even on the lowest setting would strip threads from my rug which meant I had to use a non motorised tool for the rug. Best Vacuum Ever
This vacuum is the best one ever. We have had Dyson vacuums since the DC01 this is better than all of them. Make sure you clean the filters this keeps them like new. Amazing simple effective only comes with one battery but easy enough to purchase another from dyson store if like us you have a big house. Best Dyson we’ve had!
The slight damage on the box made no impact on the Dyson itself. Everything came in the original Dyson box and I can reassure everyone that there is no damage to the Dyson itself. This is definitely the best Dyson we’ve had and great for us as we have two dogs. It picks up hair really easily and has many different attachments which really are useful - watch the video and this really helps you understand what they’re all for, and makes hoovering a lot easier! Awesome machine, well built and easily comparable to my corded vacuum in terms of power. On eco mode I get more than an hour (up to 65 mins) run time. I have thick wool blend carpets (80/20) and the machine works really well on them. Can’t believe it was £399 for a brand new machine.
