I have been on biotin for about 6 months I'm a 43 year man who could not grow a beard not even side burns now I have almost a full beard I have hair grown on my face that has never grown before I highly recommend this for any man that has the same problem as me and just simply wants to grow a beard. Excellent vitamin.
I think that biotin is a great vitamin for hair growth along with nails. At one point, my hair just would not grow and I also had a thin patch on the top of my head. I looked into what foods helped to grow your hair and discovered that I did not eat these foods. I then learned that biotin contained the vitamins that these foods produced. I then tried biotin and it helped me a lot. It did not happen quickly but over time my hair began to grow again. I still have a thin spot on my head but nothing compared to what it had been. This is probably because of my age which is 72. The biotin helped me but that does not mean it will do the same for you. I am only stating that it is a good vitamin to take for hair growth. I was bleaching my hair for years they become one big mess so damaged very dry and looks horrible . they were that bad I was considering to shave them and buy wig till they grow back.
I read about biotyn tablets and got them. was like last chance for my hair . I'm just taking them cuple of weeks but can say they are work I'm not sure they grow faster. maybe in time but they become much better they become more soft and they look much better .
