Glo plugs or pre heat plugs.
If or when you replace your glo plugs make sure you replace with a known quality product like NGK. The reason is inferior products can and do have problems burning out very quickly and can also the tips have been known to break off, going into the cylinder and onto the piston which can and will cause a lot of expensive damage far greater than the savings on buying inferior instead of a reputable manufacturer.
