Pretty but not handy to use

This item is very attractive, however, it is very difficult to fill. I have trouble flipping it right side up when it is full of water as about half of the water comes out when doing so, often giving me a bath. My other main complaint is that the wire hanger to hang it up is way too short. I cannot get it to hang from my shepherd's hooks that have a curved end as you cannot get the wire over the curve--it has to be a hook that basically is fashioned parallel with the ground to slip it over. One other thing is the metal base wants to thread crooked on the jar and not screw on straight most of the time.
