The base is well made and heavy making it good value.
The problem I had with it though is, the description said it was suitable for all types of parasol. OK but not great.

Using both washers as shown in the instructions means that the main fixing bolt is too short and will not fit. The package I had delivered was missing a fitting. Never replaced, had to buy an extra fitting.

It's a good simple design and plenty of weight for larger parasols. The thing I really like is the range of included adaptor sleeves so that it can be a good tight fit for most available parasols.
