reading reviews I was doubtful , it does have an on/off mode I think , you push the front down and hear it clicking ,it tells you on box 'try me' at the top , it took a few attempts with new batteries as it wasn't working when I got it , new batteries in correct way and lined up and then pushed it down at front wheels and it was working ,Read full review
