I haven't dyed my hair like 2 years because of my sensitive sclap and chemicals, i only used Henna and this product is like henna, I had zero allergies and it almost colored %70 of my hair on first coloring and let it stay on an hour and washed it with natural soap that i only use !and used conditioner after long time as well ! Color lasted NO time...

I was SO happy to find a color that was actually close to my natural color AND was Cruelty-Free! I thought this would be what I would continue to use and not have to keep searching. However. that changed very quickly. Within one week of coloring, it had faded badly. By the end of week 2, my husband asked what had happened to my hair color. By week 3 and 4, it was pretty much all faded out and gone! I’ve never had hair color go that quickly. That is also why I gave it a bad price rating. It really wasn’t expensive until you consider that it was nearly all gone in 3 weeks. And yes, I used shampoo for color treated hair. My advice is to stay away from this hair color. Gentle-No itchy scalp - No hair loss- Sheer coverage lets your multiple natural follicle colors peep through so looks very natural . Like a tinted film instead of an opaque one color cap that shouts DYED !

GREAT product!!!!

This is a wonderful product. Sure it does wash out... but it is supposed to, and all depends on numerous factors. Lots of info online how to extend... I get a good two weeks of decent coverage, which averages out to about what it says (6-12 shampoos). Definitely use a good clarifying shampoo first (I like Avalon Organics clarifying lemon personally). And lightly wash with gentle shampoo and conditioner in the following weeks.The grey coverage is the BEST I've found for cruelty free/temporary. The smell is 100% natural, herbal, and very very faint. I'm extremely sensitive to chemicals and this is just the best all around. The bottles are fully recyclable, reusable for multi-use, and really well designed. I can't say enough good things. Definitely use it. Read full review
