nice sound, needs upgrades.

Nice amplifier, you need to roll all the tubes.

Nice built, components are ok, not substandard, The main problem is with the potentiometer: low quality, Static when u change volume,

Back ground is not totally silent on my 98 db efficient speaker, worsens as you dial volume up.

I have mixed feelings about it. i feel it should have lower price , but can be a great project if u can upgrade the power transformers and change the potentiometer.
