Planned Obsolescence

I have had multiple HP printers over years before this and must admit none of them was great in terms of quality. Unfortunately over last 10 years HP is going same route as some other companies producing consumer eletronics which are purposely built to fail. My 8024 printer failed just after 7 months of very light use (less than 300 pages printed out) with common HP error 71.02.4B which means problem with printhead. Of course, replacement printer has been sent out and should arrive soon but this is not what you expect when you buying goods over £100. Read full review...
