Nice addition to the garden ........
Had seen some reviews mentioned the plates coming off the mounting points and that they weren't very secure. So simply took them off and replaced them wusing superglue! It is a little fiddly getting the mounting pins in the right place and the heads are quite tight into the mounts. (may be why the mounts come off) so I also filed the heads down so there was more movement when mounting. Took all of 10 minutes but made the fitting so much easier. Quirky addition to a garden tree
This tree fairy seems good quality and looks quirky which i love. Securing it to a small tree trunk however was tricky.
There are chrome pads under knees and hands with holes in, supposedly to sit onto small screws to hold it in place. They had been glued onto the fairy, but with so much adhesive, the holes were buried. In removing the glue, 2 of the pads came out and I had to find another adhesive to re secure them. In the end, i didnt use the scew fixtures, it was really tricky to get it to balance on a small trunk. Instead I threaded fine wire around the body and legs and around the tree itself which worked really well and I am very pleased with the outcome and overall effect despite the above mentioned issues.

Disappointed
Loved the game little fellow, but I’m afraid I must’ve got a poor quality one. The silver discs that hold the nails all fell off one by one when just placing in the nails I noticed that the moulded notches to hold the disc in place each one had broken notches. This all made the fitting part take a very long time. On to attaching finally and stepping back to look before making adjustments the wee fellas arm fell off, off to the surgery again with glue. He’s had a hell of a journey. But finally on the tree thanks to a lot of glue and patience this wasn’t easy. But as you can see within a couple of weeks it’s grip on the nails supplied has gone too small for the holes on the re glued discs. A bit of a disaster but he looks cute.Read full review...

Nice item but why THREE hanging points?
