The Digistat is easy to install and operate. However, the display screen where the temperature is shown is very small, and not being back lit, is difficult to read, especially in situations where the light level is low.

Great replacement at a good price
Replaced older version painlessly.
Improvements:
1. Only needs one battery drawer, so you don’t have to remember which to close first.
2. Really nice preset. Ie set at 14C for night and 23C for day time. So it’s just a one push! Better than repeatedly pressing to lower temp.

Easy upgrade for an old style thermostat
Bought as an upgrade to a standard thermostat that was in a poor position. It was easy to swap over and now I have the sensor in the room it needs to be in. All works very nicely.
