Got this to replace my 3.5 hard drive to cut down on noise and heat... mirrored the 3.5 drive on to it via USB 3. Turned it off unplugged the old 3.5 and turned on the pc... fast load of windows 10 very quick easy to do and no problems. So good I got another one. Don't use with HDD drives as your pc will not get past asking you for a boot up disc... well pleased fast working on cubase 11 DAW with 48 tracks.... cpu heat normal... and I still have the old 3.5 should I need a back up..... change to this if you have a slow old pc.... Revitalised an old Laptop

Bought to replace a standard hard disk in an old Dell Inspiron 1750 core 2 duo as it was cheaper than upgrading the memory from 4 to 8Gb and should give an improvement in performance and WOW!!! After cloning the hard disk the SSD dropped boot up time from over a minute to under 10 seconds and everything feels 'snappy'. Prefer to buy Samsung if the price is within m budget. As ever this 1TB SSD worked flawlessly from installation to having an old 1TB had cloned onto it. Speed is as expected for a sata 3 connection.r>Really pleased!

Decent bit of kit

Bought to replace hdd in pc, well worth the upgrade, loading times drastically shortened, just make sure you have a spare Sata cable and buy some mounting screws M3 4-6mm

Fast fast fast.

This is my first SSD. Two things impress me, the silence and the boot time which is much quicker. Naturally other operations are quicker but harder to sport than booting.
