FX6 or FX4

Beast of a filter. Much bigger than you imagine. Mine fit inside cupboard under the tank (JUST) but was difficult to remove hoses and take back out. Placed beside the 5' tank.
Also have a FX4 installed, easier to remove because of height difference but NOT the same power or motor fittings. + extra filter stage in FX6.
Plenty of room to add extra filter media.
Exit pipe at bottom of filter. Bought a standard hose pipe to remove water without using buckets.
Combined, they keep the water perfect.
Only issue I have, it is heavy to lift to clean each month.Read full review...
