OK But
The feeder works ok. It has a tendency to clog easily even with the small quail feed. I used a tin can instead of a jar and curved a spot out that seemed to help.

Not a good gravity type feeder.
The opening for the food to feed into the cup is much too small. Does not work with poultry crumbles. Works fairly well if you grind up the food to an almost powder consistency. Still have to tap the feeder to get the food to drop down. May work with seed mix as long as it has no sunflower seed, Milo, cracked corn, wheat, etc.Read full review...

HAPPY CHICKS...
Chicks love it ... Can't empty it with their feet like other feeders so no food waste so that makes me love it !!!

Chicks love it
My pheasant and quail chicks love it. I would have gave it 5 stars if it was a threaded base instead of just a push on still it works very well and it's low profile

Worth it!
I didn't even realize it came with a water bowl too! Definitely recommend, thanks so much. Great fit with the wide mouth jars I already had. Doesn't overflow at all. No complaints!

Excellent base for a mason jar feeder! Adapts to what it's dispensing, and it's STURDY!!
